Effect of filler configuration mode on performance of SBBR

  • 摘要: 研究了ZH新型生物填料在自然悬浮填充方式和固定填充方式下,SBBR的有机物降解和脱氮效果。结果表明,在填充率同为20%时,自然悬浮填充方式挂膜条件下,氨氮与COD的去除率分别为84.01%和86.83%,固定填充方式挂膜条件下,氨氮与COD的去除率分别为98.07%和95.23%,可见固定填充方式的氨氮与COD的去除率要优于自然填充方式挂膜。在固定填充方式挂膜条件下,考察了3种不同填充率(20%、40%和60%)对SBBR去除COD和脱氮效果的影响,结果显示填充率20%效果最好,其COD去除率为95.23%,是填充率40%和60%的1.10倍和1.04倍;氨氮去除率为98.07%,是填充率40%和60%的1.39倍和1.69倍。 因此,在生物膜污水处理系统中,选择一定比例的固定填充方式有利于污染物去除。
