摘要: 以合肥市巢湖入湖河流十五里河为例,在十五里河水质现状调查及有效分析河流小流域污染源解析的基础上,因地制宜、因时制宜地针对各污染源项,提出了包括沿河重点污染源控制工程、城市面源污染控制工程、农村及农业面源污染控制工程、河流水质修复措施、生态补水及河流生态修复措施、河流综合监测等对策措施建议。以期为十五里河水体污染的控制及水生态系统的修复提供对策模式,也为其他类似入湖河流的治理提供思路与探索。

Abstract: In this paper, Shiwulihe River, the inflow river of Chaohu Lake of Hefei City, is taken as an example. Based on the investigation of the current status of water quality of Shiwulihe River and the effective analysis of small watershed pollution source apportionment, according to the local circumstances of each pollution source, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed including pollution source control along the river, urban non-point source pollution control, rural and agricultural non-point source pollution control, river water quality restoration, ecological water compensation and river ecological remediation, river comprehensive monitoring, etc., providing a countermeasure model for pollution control and aquatic ecosystem remediation of Shiwulihe River as well as ideas and exploration of pollution control of other similar lakes and rivers.
