次氯酸钠处理含尿素废水实验研究
Experimental study on treatment of urea-containing wastewater with sodium hypochlorite

摘要: 用次氯酸钠处理废水中的尿素,考察了反应温度、初始pH值、搅拌转速、NaClO投加量、反应时间、气量对尿素去除率的影响。研究结果表明,未采用空气吹脱时,较适宜的处理条件:反应温度为40℃,初始pH值为6~7,NaClO投加量为3.19~4.29 g/g,反应时间为20 min。采用空气吹脱能有效提高尿素去除效果,在相同条件下尿素去除率与未吹脱时相比提高约8%。Abstract: The wastewater with urea was treated by sodium hypochlorite. The effects of reaction temperature, pH of solution, stirring speed, dosage of sodium hypochlorite, reaction time and bubbling quantity on the removal of urea were studied. The optimal conditions of experiment were reaction temperature of 40℃, initial pH of solution of 6~7, dosage of sodium hypochlorite of 3.19~4.29 g/g and reaction time of 20 min. In addition, air stripping could improve the removal rate of urea efficiently, which could increase by 8%, comparing with the case without bubbling.
