膜基材对动态膜生物反应器性能的影响研究
Study on performance of dynamic membrane bioreactor with different membrane materials

摘要: 选用5种滤布作为动态膜生物反应器(DMBR)的膜基材在相同操作条件下进行对比实验,考察反应器运行周期、反冲洗前后过滤压力、膜通量的恢复情况,分析DMBR进出水水质。结果表明,应用DMBR处理模拟生活污水,其中孔径为24 μm的涤纶短纤滤布组成的DMBR对COD、氨氮和总氮的去除率分别为90%、80%和48%以上;运行周期为34.5 h;反冲洗前后过滤压差大,膜通量恢复率高,最适合作为DMBR的膜基材。这与滤布孔径有关,孔径越大,对污染物的去除效果越差,反冲洗前后过滤压差和初始膜通量越大,运行周期越长。材质对运行周期有影响,长纤滤布的污染速度比短纤快。当滤布孔径大于37 μm时,活性污泥在滤布表面形成标准堵塞,使得恢复膜通量降低。Abstract: The five filter clothes were utilized as the membrane materials to develop a dynamic membrane bioreactor (DMBR) under the same conditions. The operation-time, filter pressure, recovery of the membrane flux were investigated, the water quality of the DMBR was monitored. The results showed that an average COD, NH+4-N and TN removal of the DMBR with the 24 μm polyester short-staple cloth reached over 90%, 80% and 48%, respectively. The operation-time was 34.5 h. The filter pressure was big and the recovery rate of membrane flux was high. The polyester short-staple cloth was the best material of the DMBR.When the pore size of cloth increased, the removal efficiency reduced, the filter pressure, the initial membrane flux and operation-time increased. The material and structure of the cloth affected the operation-time, respectively.The pollution rate of the long-staple was faster than short-staple. When the size of the cloth was bigger than 37 μm, the filtration was the standard blocking, the recovery of the membrane flux was reduced.
