微波辅助-活性炭法处理电厂EDTA锅炉清洗废水可行性研究

摘要: 采用微波辅助-活性炭法处理电厂EDTA锅炉清洗废水,研究了微波辐射时间、微波功率以及再生次数对活性炭吸附能力的影响,并根据实验结果设计了工艺流程,分析了微波辅助-活性炭法处理电厂EDTA锅炉清洗废水的可行性。研究表明,微波辅助活性炭法处理EDTA清洗废水的最佳微波辐射时间和微波功率分别为5 min和680 W,微波辐射再生5次后活性炭吸附能力无明显下降。电厂采用吸附饱和后的水处理用活性炭处理锅炉EDTA清洗废水,处理效果好,处理费用低,是完全可行的。

Abstract: Boiler EDTA cleaning wastewater from power plant was treated by activated carbon assisted with microwave radiation, effects of radiation time, microwave power and regeneration times on the absorption capacity of activated carbon were investigated.The process flow was designed based on the results, and the feasibility of this treatment method was also analyzed. It was shown that the best microwave irradiation time and power were 5 min and 680 W, respectively. The absorption capacity of activated carbon only declined slightly after 5 times radiating regeneration. If the water treatment activated carbon which was adsorbed saturatedly was used, the treatment effect was good and the cost was low, so it was feasible to use activated carbon to treat boiler EDTA cleaning wastewater assisted with microwave radiation in power plant. -
