不同氯离子浓度对电化学法处理微污染水中含氮化合物的影响
Effect of concentrations of various chloride ions on nitrogenous compounds in micro-polluted water treated by electrochemical oxidation method

摘要: 采用电化学氧化法对微污染水进行处理,在极板间距为1 cm,电解时间为10 min的条件下,通过投加NaCl溶液,使水中的NH+4及Cl-的摩尔比分别为1∶1、1∶2、1∶3,并与未投加NaCl溶液的电解出水进行比较,主要考察不同氯离子浓度对电化学法去除微污染水中的含氮化合物的效果影响。实验表明:随着氯离子浓度的不断提高,对微污染水的含氮化合物的去除效果也随之提高;当槽电压不断提高时,含氮化合物的去除效果也相应提高。综合吨水电耗等因素考虑,确定槽电压为6 V,NH+4及Cl-的摩尔比为1∶3时为最佳运行条件。Abstract: The micro-polluted water was treated by electrochemical oxidation method. When the plate distance was 1 cm and electrolysis time was 10 min, NaCl solution was added to the reaction equipment, which made the ratios of concentration of NH+4 and Cl- were 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3, respectively. The removal effects on nitrogenous compounds of the change of the chloride concentration in the water by electrochemical method were investigated. The experimental results revealed that the higher chloride concentration in the micro-polluted water, the higher the removal rate of nitrogenous compounds, along with the increase of cell voltage, the removal rates of nitrogenous compounds increased too. Considering the power consumption per ton wastewater and other factors, the optimal running conditions of this experiment were the cell voltage of 6 V, the ratio of NH+4 and Cl- of 1∶3.
