石油类污染地下水中挥发性有机物低温生物降解性能的研究

摘要: 针对地下水石油类污染的问题,从某污染场地土壤中筛选驯化出了适用于处理挥发性有机物的3株低温高效降解菌,并以苯和萘作为特征组分考察了pH、DO、温度、氮磷等因素对降解效果的影响;实验结果表明,在8℃左右的地下环境中,DO和氮磷的含量对污染物的降解影响较大;在pH 7.5、DO>4 mg/L和投加氮磷的条件下,18 d内降解效果可达到87.6%,为生物曝气法处理地下水石油类挥发分污染提供了高效菌种和基本技术参数。Abstract: To slove the problem of the groundwater pollution by oil, the paper domesticated three psychrotrophs from the soil of a contaminated site, which had high efficiency in degrading volatile organic compounds in low temperature environment. Benzene and naphthalene as the feature components,the paper investigated the influence of pH, DO, temperature, nitrogen, phosphorus and other factors on the degradation effect of the strain. The results showed that in about 8℃ underground environment, DO, nitrogen and phosphorus played a greater role on the degradation of pollutants. Under the conditions of pH=7.5, DO>4 mg/L and adding nitrogen and phosphorus, the degradation could reach 87.6% in 18 days.The highly efficient strain and the technologic parameter can be used in biospaging technology that is applied to remove volatile organic compounds from the oil polluted groundwater.
