2种再生水深度处理工艺对有毒有机污染物去除效果的评价研究
Assessment study on removal efficiency of toxic organic pollutants by two reclaimed water advanced treatment processes

摘要: 采用固相萃取(SPE)技术和气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)的方法对2个再生水厂的进水和不同深度处理工艺出水中的有毒有机污染物进行了定性和定量分析,讨论了这2种不同再生水深度处理工艺对有毒有机污染物的去除效果。结果表明,厌氧/缺氧/好氧(A2/O)+连续微滤技术(CMF)+加氯消毒处理工艺和水解酸化+膜生物反应器(MBR)+加氯消毒工艺都能有效地去除进水中的有毒有机污染物,减轻再生水的环境风险。在(A2/O)+ (CMF)+加氯消毒处理工艺中,有机污染物的去除主要在A2/O段进行,CMF工艺段的膜截留作用能进一步加强部分物质的去除效果;而MBR则对有毒有机物有较好的去除能力。Abstract: In order to assess the removal efficiency of toxic organic pollutants by two different reclaimed water advanced treatment processes, solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS) were used to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of toxic organic pollutants in the influent and effluent of different treatment stages in the two reclaimed water plants. Results show that the process of anaerobic/anoxic/oxygen(A2/O) + continuous microfiltration(CMF) can effectively remove toxic organics from the influent, and organic pollutants are mainly removed in the A2/O section,while further removal efficiency of CMF section is not obvious. The process of hydrolysis acidification+ membrane bioreactor(MBR) has excellent removal ability on toxic organic pollutants. These two kinds of treatment processes can both keep pollution of toxic organics to the lower levels,and alleviate environmental risk of reclaimed water.
