潜流式人工湿地基质堵塞问题对策研究
Studies on countermeasures to substrate clogging in subsurface constructed wetland

摘要: 基质堵塞是人工湿地长期稳定运行最关键的问题。针对滇池湖滨福保人工湿地运行后潜流湿地基质严重堵塞的问题,分析造成基质堵塞的原因,从工艺路线、碎石床结构、填料径粒和布水方式等方面对原有人工湿地进行分析研究,找出堵塞原因,提出技术改造方案,并经过工程模型实验进行验证,在此基础上确定“预处理-潜流湿地(垂直流)-调节池-潜流湿地(水平流)-景观氧化塘”工艺路线,并进行工程改造。改造后人工湿地污水处理量4 000 m3/d,垂直潜流停留时间11.7 h,水力负荷1.57 m3/(m2?d),水平潜流停留时间17 h,水力负荷0.79 m3/(m2?d)。改造运行一年后主要污染物去除率在80%左右,有效孔隙率、渗透系数与建成初期没有明显变化。监测数据表明,针对堵塞问题设计的相关措施对解决原有人工湿地的堵塞起到了积极的作用,安装设计负荷运行情况下湿地水流畅通、污染物去除效果稳定,一年内没有发生堵塞的迹象。对于改造后的人工湿地堵塞状况将开展进一步的观测工作。Abstract: The substrate clogging is the primary limiting factor in subsurface constructed wetland’s processing efficiency and the service life. A serious substrate clogging appeared in Fubao constructed wetland located in Dianchi Lake shore. In the present study, factors influencing substrate clogging were discussed by analyzing the design problems of structure of beds, size of substrates, influent distribution and so on. A new technological route ‘pretreatment-subsurface wetland (vertical-flow)-adjustment tank-subsurface wetland (horizontal-flow)’ was proposed, and tested by pilot-scale constructed wetlands. Then depending on the reconstruction design, the Fubao constructed wetland was reconstructed. The new constructed wetland sewage load is 4 000 m3/d, subsurface vertical-flow wetland’s hydraulic retention time is 11.7 h, hydraulic loading rate is 1.57 m3/(m2?d), subsurface horizontal-flow wetland’s hydraulic retention time is 17 h, hydraulic loading rate is 0.79 m3/(m2?d). During the past 12 months operation and maintenance period, main pollutants removal rate was around 80%, available porosity rate and penetration coefficient did not change obviously. The results show the original clogging was resolved, the water running unobstructed and the nutrition elimination rates were stable. Further clogging monitoring will be done after this study.
