水丝蚓生物扰动对沉积物磷释放的影响

摘要: 研究了不同投放密度和不同环境条件下水丝蚓的生物扰动对沉积物磷释放的影响。研究表明,水丝蚓的生物扰动作用对沉积物磷释放有明显的促进作用,与未投放水丝蚓的空白组相比,当水丝蚓密度为1 ind./cm2和2 ind./cm2时,上覆水中总磷的平均浓度分别提高了190%和230%。温度的提高,会加大水丝蚓生物扰动对磷释放的影响,与5℃相比,15℃和25℃下总磷释放增量分别提高了90%和225%。在酸性或碱性环境下,水丝蚓的生物扰动加强,会提高对磷释放的促进作用,当pH为5和9时,总磷释放增量比pH为7时分别提高了22%和41%。水丝蚓对厌氧环境有良好的适应和生存能力,在厌氧环境下,水丝蚓的生物扰动会增强,总磷释放的增量是好氧状态下的2倍。Abstract: Influence of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri bioturbation on phosphorus release from sediment in different Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri densities and different environments was studied in this paper. The results showed that bioturbation of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri improved the phosphorus release from sediment obviously. Compared with control test before adding Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri, when the Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri density was 1 ind./cm2 and 2 ind./cm2, the average concentration of total phosphorus in overlying water was improved by 190% and 230%, respectively. The increase of temperature would increase the effects of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri bioturbation on phosphorus release. Compared with 5℃, the total phosphorus release increment increased by 90% and 225%, respectively when temperature was 15℃ and 25℃. In acidic and alkali environment, the bioturbation of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri would be enhanced, which would has a positive effect on phosphorus release. When the pH was 5 and 9, the total phosphorus release increment increased 22% and 41%, respectively compared with pH 7. Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri had strong adaptability and survivability to anaerobic environment. In anaerobic environment, the bioturbation of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri was improved and the total phosphorus release increment was twice than that in aerobic environment.
