负载Ni炭气凝胶粒子电极电催化氧化处理甲基橙废水的研究
Study on electro-catalytic oxidation treatment of methyl orange wastewaters with Ni-carbon aerogels electrodes

摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法制备负载Ni炭气凝胶,将炭气凝胶作为三维电极电化学反应装置的粒子电极处理模拟甲基橙废水,研究了电解时间、电压、粒子电极质量和粒子电极种类等各种因素对甲基橙降解效果的影响,确定了最佳处理条件。研究表明,在炭气凝胶中负载金属Ni可提高其孔容及比表面积,同时增强对甲基橙废水的电催化氧化能力。在最优操作条件下,废水中甲基橙的降解率和COD的去除率可以分别达到98.9%和95.1%。Abstract: Carbon aerogels doped with and without metal Ni were synthesized by sol-gel polymerization of a mixture of resorcinol and formaldehyde, followed by gelation and ambient pressure drying and carbonization in N2 gas atmosphere. The treatment process of simulated methyl orange wastewaters using carbon aerogels as particle electrode in a three-dimensional electrolysis reactor was studied. Factors affecting the removal efficiency were investigated, such as electrolysis time, voltage, electrode dose and particle electrodes types. The results showed that the Ni-modified carbon aerogels can improve distinctly its pore volume and specific surface area and enhance greatly capability of electro-catalytic oxidation treatment to methyl orange wastewater. Under the optimal conditions of electro-catalytic oxidation treatment, the removal efficiency of the initial methyl orange concentration and chemical oxygen demand (COD) could arrive at 98.9% and 95.1%,respectively.
