臭氧氧化对ASBR/SBR工艺SBR段污泥和上清液的性质影响
Influence of ozonation on SBR sludge characteristics and supernatant in the combined ASBR-SBR process

摘要: 研究了臭氧氧化对ASBR/SBR工艺中SBR段污泥性质和上清液的影响。结果表明,当臭氧投加量为0~0.349 g O3/g MLSS时,随着施加臭氧浓度的不断增加, MLSS、MLVSS和污泥的生物活性明显降低,但污泥的沉淀性却增强了。污泥上清液中,TN、NH+4-N、NO-3-N、PO3-4-P和多糖浓度均随着臭氧投加量的增加而增加,最高分别可达232.4、130.3、23.9和23.8 mg/L;TOC和SCOD浓度在臭氧投加量为0.27 g O3/g MLSS达到最大,分别为3 255 mg/L和1 259.25 mg/L,而后稍许降低后趋于平缓分别保持在3 121.5 mg/L和1 202.8 mg/L。当臭氧投量分别增加到0.016 g O3/g MLSS和0.057 g O3/g MLSS时,NO-2-N和蛋白质浓度分别达到最大值9.97 mg/L和563.2 mg/L,而后两者浓度开始降低,最终分别降为4.3 mg/L和472.1 mg/L;在整个臭氧破解污泥过程中,溶液的pH值在逐渐降低,最后表现为弱酸性。Abstract: The influence of ozonation on the SBR sludge characteristics and supernatant in the combined ASBR-SBR process was investigated in this study. The results showed as the follows: with the increase of ozone dosage from 0 to 0.349 g O3/g MLSS, the sludge settleability also increased, however, the SBR MLSS,MLVSS,and sludge bioactivity all decreased obviously. Among the sludge supernatant, the concentrations of TN,NH+4-N,NO-3-N,PO3-4-P and polysaccharide also increased to the maximum value,i.e. 232.4 mg/L,130.3 mg/L,23.9 mg/L and 23.8 mg/L, respectively,with the ozone dosage increase. When the ozone dosage arrived at 0.27 g O3/g MLSS,the supernatant TOC and SCOD concentration also arrived at the maximum value,i.e. 3 255 mg/L and 1 259.25 mg/L. Then the supernatant TOC and SCOD concentration slightly declined and kept at 3 121.5 mg/L and 1 202.8mg/L. When the ozone dosage was 0.016 g O3/g MLSS and 0.057 g O3/g MLSS, the NO-2-N and protein concentrations arrived at the maximum 9.97 mg/L and 563.2 mg/L accordingly. Then the NO-2-N and protein concentrations were reduced to 4.3 mg/L and 472.1 mg/L,respectively at the final ozone dosage. In the whole experimental sludge reduction process,the sludge supernatant pH value gradually declined to the subacidity.
