废旧电视机CRT玻壳中Pb的浸出及豁免处置
Pb leaching and exemption disposal of discarded TV CRT shell glass

摘要: 采集黑白和彩色废旧电视机的阴极射线管(CRT)玻璃外壳(玻壳),利用X射线荧光分析了其化学组成,并采用浸出毒性浸出方法对玻壳中Pb的浸出进行了研究。结果表明,不同类型的CRT玻壳铅含量(以PbO计)差别较大,彩色CRT屏玻璃最低(0.07%),黑白CRT屏玻璃、锥玻璃次之(2.83%),而彩色CRT锥玻璃最高(22.6%);CRT玻壳中Pb硫酸硝酸浸出浓度和醋酸浸出浓度分别为:彩色锥玻璃0.697 mg/L和51.652 mg/L,彩色屏玻璃0.039 mg/L和0.055 mg/L,黑白锥玻璃0.326 mg/L和0.759 mg/L,黑白屏玻璃0.396 mg/L和0.635 mg/L;建议黑白CRT屏玻璃和锥玻璃、彩色CRT屏玻璃可以按照一般工业固体废物进行处置,或者进入生活垃圾填埋场填埋处置。Abstract: The glasses of monochrome and colored TV CRT were collectted, their chemical compositions were analyzed using X-ray fluorescence, and lead leaching from these glasses was studied by leaching toxicity method. The results showed that the lead content as PbO varied greatly,colored TV CRT screen glasses were the lowest (0.07%), monochrome TV CRT screen glasses and cone glasses were higher (2.83%), and colored TV CRT cone glasses were the highest (22.6%). The Pb concentrations of CRT glasses by sulfuric acidnitric acid leaching and acetic acid leaching were: colored TV CRT cone glasses 0.697 mg/L and 51.652 mg/L, colored TV CRT screen glasses 0.039 mg/L and 0.055 mg/L, monochrome TV CRT cone glasses 0.326 mg/L and 0.759 mg/L, monochrome TV CRT screen glasses 0.396 mg/L and 0.635 mg/L, respectively. It is therefore suggested that monochrome TV CRT screen glasses and cone glasses, and colored TV CRT screen glasses are to be disposed as general industrial solid wastes, or landfilled in sanitary landfills.
