废布料活性炭吸附典型染料动力学研究
Study on kinetics of adsorption of typical dyes by waste cloth activated carbon

摘要: 研究了废布料活性炭从水溶液中吸附2种典型染料(酸性蓝62和活性艳蓝KN-R)的吸附特性,从动力学角度探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,废布料活性炭对2种染料的平衡吸附量(qe)均随着初始浓度的增加而升高,相同条件下,qe的大小顺序为酸性蓝62>活性艳蓝KN-R。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,对于酸性蓝62,粒子内扩散过程是该吸附速率的控制步骤,但不是唯一的速率控制步骤,吸附速率同时还受粒子外部扩散过程的控制,而对于活性艳蓝KN-R,粒子内部扩散过程不是吸附速率的控制步骤。

Abstract: The adsorption capability of waste cloth activated carbon to two typical dyes(acid blue 62 and reactive brilliant blue KN-R ) in aqueous solution was studied, and adsorption mechanism was focused on from kinetics point of view. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorbing capacity (qe) of each dye increased with the initial concentration increasing. Under the same condition, the order of qe was acid blue 62> reactive brilliant blue KN-R. The adsorption processes followed a pseub second-order kinetic rate equation. For acid blue 62, the adsorption rate was partially controlled by inside particle diffusion process, and also affected by outside particle diffusion process. For reactive brilliant blue KN-R, the adsorption rate was not controlled by particle diffusion process.-
