氯氰菊酯高效降解菌GF31的生长特性及其对污染土壤的修复能力
Growth characteristics of a high-efficiency-cypermethrin-degrading strain GF31 and its ability in microbial remediation of contaminated soil

摘要: 利用高效降解菌对受污土壤进行生物强化修复是提高修复效果的可行途径之一,其中降解菌的竞争力与适应性是决定强化修复过程成败的关键因素。以实验室保藏的1株氯氰菊酯高效降解菌——铜绿假单胞菌GF31为对象,开展菌株生长特性及其对污染土壤修复的实验研究。结果表明,菌株GF31生物活性高,环境适应力强,在温度15~35℃,pH值5~10的范围内生长良好。此外,提供充足的溶解氧、营养物如废糖蜜、牛肉膏皆有利于菌株GF31的生长。对土壤进行生物修复的实验结果初步表明,菌株GF31具有与土著微生物竞争生长的优势,并能有效去除氯氰菊酯。在氯氰菊酯浓度为20 mg/kg的实验土壤中投加菌株GF31,氯氰菊酯的去除率由20%提高至43%,生物强化修复效果较为明显,具有一定应用前景。Abstract: It has been proved that inoculating the high-efficiency-degrading strain is a feasible method to strengthen the bioremediation of contaminated soil, which the competitiveness and adaptability of the degrading-strain play an extremely important role. In this paper, growth characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterium named GF31 and its application in the contaminated soil bioremediation were studied.The results show that bacterium GF31 can grow at 15~35℃ and pH values of 5~10, which indicates its high activity and strong adaptability to the environment. And the supply of adequate dissolved oxygen and nutrients such as waste molasses、beef extract will benefit to the bacterium growth. The experiment of soil bioremediation illustrates that bioaugmentation is effective by inoculating bacterium GF31 with the advantage of competition growth to the indigenous microorganisms. Removal rate of cypermethrin was enhanced significantly from 20% to 43% at the initial concentration of 20 mg cypermethrin /kg soil. The results suggest that bacterium GF31 has a good prospect in the further application for the soil bioremediation.
