有机-无机复合膨润土的制备及其对磷吸附特性研究
Study on adsorption properties of phosphor with inorganic/organic composite modified bentonite in wastewater

摘要: 新型绿色表面活性剂C12烷基多糖苷季铵盐表面活性剂和AlCl3?6H2O作为改性剂对膨润土进行改性,制备新型环保无机-有机复合吸附剂,并将其用于含磷废水的处理,考察了AlCl3?6H2O投加量、有机改性剂用量、改性膨润土的投加量、反应时间及pH等因素对除磷效果的影响。结果表明,经8 mmol/g(Al/膨润土)的AlCl3?6H2O和3 mmol/g(有机改性剂/膨润土)的有机-无机复合改性剂改性的膨润土,在pH为7,投加12 g/L的改性膨润土,30℃条件下,反应时间为50 min,对50 mL初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的含磷废水的去除率达到97.55%,吸附等温线符合Langmuir和Freundlich方程。Abstract: The bentonite modified as a new environmental inorganic/organic composite adsorbent with new green surfactantsas of C12 alkyl glucoside quaternary ammonium surfactant and AlCl3?6H2O was processed phosphorus wastewater. The influences of AlCl3?6H2O dosage, the amount of organic modifier, modified bentonite dosage, reaction time and pH value on the effect of phosphorus removal were studied. The results showed that the best modification conditions of bentonite were AlCl3?6H2O O dosage of 8mmol/g and organic modification dosage of 3mmol/g, which made the removal rate of phosphor reach 97.55% under the following conditions:pH value of 7, the dosage of 12 g/L, the reaction time of 50 min and the phosphor concentration of 50 mg/L at 30℃. And the adsorption isotherm conformed the Freundlich model and the Langmuir model.
