过渡金属浸渍改性ACF去除H2S研究

摘要: 为探讨活性炭纤维(ACF)去除恶臭气体H2S的性能,采用过渡金属浸渍改性ACF吸附H2S,揭示出改性ACF前后吸附H2S的性能差异及浸渍剂的浓度和种类对ACF吸附性能的影响。结果表明,通过过渡金属改性后的ACF吸附性能有显著提高,对H2S吸附是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果,改性后的ACF硫容量大小依次为:5%硝酸铜改性ACF>5%硝酸钴改性ACF>5%硝酸锰改性ACF。不同浓度浸渍剂改性后的ACF吸附H2S性能有所不同,硫容量呈现出随着浓度升高先增大后减小的趋势。不同浸渍剂改性后的ACF吸附穿透曲线也不同,穿透时间依次为:TCu-ACF>TCo-ACF>TMn-ACF。混合金属溶液改性ACF吸附H2S,5%硝酸铜3%硝酸钴溶液改性ACF吸附性能最佳,硫容量可达166.7 mg/g;而5%硝酸铜-3%硝酸钴-1%硝酸锰溶液改性的ACF效果最差,硫容量仅为83.3 mg/g。Abstract: To investigate the performance of activated carbon fiber(ACF) on H2S removal,modified ACF is prepared by impregnation with transition metals. The study reveals the differences of the performance between original and modified ACF and the effects of type and concentration of impregnants. It is concluded that the adsorption capability of ACF was significantly improved by modification. The adsorption of H2S on modified ACF is the role of both physical and chemical adsorptions with the order of sulfur capacity as follows: 5% Cu (NO3)2-ACF>5% Co(NO3)2-ACF>5% Mn(NO3)2ACF. The modified ACF by different concentrations of impregnants has different performances on H2S adsorption. The results showed that the sulfur capacity increased with the concentration of impregnant initially, and then decreased. The modified ACF by different transition metals has different adsorption breakthrough curves with the order of the breakthrough time as follows: TCu-ACF>TCo-ACF>TMn-ACF. For the H2S adsorption, the modified ACF by 5% Cu (NO3)2-3%Co(NO3)2 solution has the best performance with the sulfur capacity of 166.7 mg/g;the modified ACF by 5% Cu (NO3)2-3%Co(NO3)2-1% Mn(NO3)2 solution has the worst performance with a sulfur capacity of 83.3 mg/g.
