UASB-SBR处理涤纶短纤维废水的实验研究
Experimental study on treatment of dacron short fibers wastewater by UASB-SBR process

摘要: 分别采用水解酸化与好氧(SBR)、厌氧(UASB)与好氧(SBR)工艺对涤纶短纤维废水的生物降解性能进行研究。水解酸化与好氧工艺在进水COD为1 900 mg/L的时候,去除率在80%左右。采用UASBSBR工艺,进水COD为2 700 mg/L时,COD去除率可以达到96%,出水COD<100 mg/L。实验研究表明,涤纶短纤维废水更适合采用UASB-SBR工艺来处理,并且能够取得较好的效果。Abstract: Hydrolytic acidification-aerobic (SBR) process and anaerobic (UASB)-aerobic (SBR) process were separately used for the study on the biodegradability of dacron short fibers wastewater. When using hydrolytic acidification-SBR process, the COD removal efficiency is around 80% with influent COD of 1 900 mg/L. When using UASB-SBR process, the COD removal efficiency could reach up to 96% and the effluent COD concentration is less than 100 mg/L with influent COD of 2 700 mg/L. The experimental results shows that anaerobic-aerobic process is more suitable for treating dacron short fibers wastewater and the effects are good.
