基于HPLC的厌氧好氧生物降解工艺处理模拟苯胺废水的研究

摘要: 采用改进的好氧-厌氧方法处理苯胺废水,研究了各个操作变量梯度包括苯胺浓度、硝基苯浓度等对苯胺废水处理的影响,并加入硝基苯作为影响参数。实验结果表明,各个变量均在不同程度上影响苯胺废水的处理。经过厌氧-好氧处理后,COD降到200 mg/L以下;提高苯胺浓度时,COD值增大;进水TOC浓度为167.80 mg/L,去除率为79.6%;加入硝基苯与苯胺的降解具有协同作用。在厌氧温度35~40℃,好氧温度28~32℃条件下,进水COD在4 000~6 000 mg/L,苯胺浓度180~250 mg/L左右,处理后出水COD值达到200~500 mg/L,苯胺4.5~6.5 mg/L左右,去除率约85%以上。出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的排放标准。Abstract: Aerobic-anaerobic method was adopted for aniline wastewater treatment to research into each operating variable gradient, including the effects of aniline concentration, nitrobenzene concentration on aniline wastewater treatment and introduction of nitrobenzene as impact parameter. Experimental results showed that each variable influenced aniline wastewater treatment at various degrees. After aerobicanaerobic treatment, COD drops to 200 mg/L; as aniline concentration increasesd,numerical value of COD increased. As the TOC concentration of the influent was 167.80 mg/L, the removal rate was 79.6%; accession of nitrobenzene had synergistic effects with aniline degradation. Under the conditions that anaerobic temperature was 35~40℃, aerobic temperature was 28~32℃, influent COD was 4 000~6 000 mg/L, aniline concentration was about 180~250 mg/L, after this treating, effluent COD was 200~500 mg/L and aniline concentration was 4.5~6.5 mg/L , the removal rate was more than 85%. The quality of effluent attained the emission standard of Integrated Wastewater discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
