硫磺和硫酸亚铁对鸡粪好氧堆肥的保氮效果
Effects of S and FeSO4 agents on nitrogen conservation in aerobic composting of chicken manure

摘要: 利用堆肥反应器控制堆肥条件,研究外源添加剂硫磺和硫酸亚铁在鸡粪好氧堆肥中的保氮效果。结果表明:与无添加剂的对照(CK)比较,堆肥中添加硫磺(T1)对堆肥升温和高温期的维持有一定影响,添加硫酸亚铁(T2)对堆肥升温和高温期的维持均无显著影响,而同时添加硫磺和硫酸亚铁(T3)更有利于高温期的持续,加速有机物的降解。添加硫磺和硫酸亚铁均能降低堆肥pH,增加堆肥中铵态氮和总氮含量,至堆肥25 d后T1、T2和T3处理的铵态氮含量分别比CK提高157.60%、86.64%和238.08%,总氮分别比CK处理增加2.75%、9.04%和15.82%。添加硫磺和硫酸亚铁增加了堆肥EC值,至堆肥25 d后所有处理的萝卜种子发芽指数GI均大于50%。结果表明硫磺和硫酸亚铁可作为畜禽粪高温堆肥良好的保氮剂,以同时添加硫磺和硫酸亚铁的保氮效果较好。Abstract: An experiment was conducted to study nitrogen conservation affected by sulfur (S) and ferrous sulfate FeSO4·7H2O additions to chicken manure in compost bioreactors under strictly controlled aerobic conditions. Compared to the non-amended control (CK), S addition (treatment T1) slightly affected both compost temperatures and the duration of the thermophilic period, but the addition of FeSO4·7H2O (treatment T2) did not significantly affect either compost temperatures or the duration of the thermophilic period. Addition of S in combination with FeSO4·7H2O (treatment T3) resulted in a longer duration of the thermophilic period and an accelerated organic matter decomposition. The addition of S, FeSO4·7H2O or both significantly reduced pH, but increased NH+4-N and total N content of compost. After 25 days of composting, NH+4-N and total N contents of compost increased by 157.60% and 2.75% in treatment T1, 86.64% and 9.04% in treatment T2, and 238.08% and 15.82% in treatment T3. The additions of S, FeSO4?7H2O or both increased electrical conductivity (EC) of the compost, but the germination indicators (GI) of radish seeds were greater than 50% in the composts from the three treatments. The results of this study suggest that the addition of S or FeSO4·7H2O was effective in N conservation in livestock manure composting, with addition of S in combination with FeSO4·7H2O being the most effective.
