吐温80与氢氧化钠耦合强化剩余污泥溶胞效果的研究

摘要: 利用吐温80的润湿、渗透作用,将其与氢氧化钠耦合应用于剩余污泥的溶胞。结果表明,吐温80的存在能有效提高氢氧化钠对剩余污泥的溶胞效果;而同样的溶胞效果下,吐温80的存在能降低溶胞的环境温度。吐温80与氢氧化钠耦合剩余污泥溶胞工艺的最佳工艺条件为:吐温80投加量100 mg/L、作用时间15 min,先加吐温80再加氢氧化钠的顺序。此外,加入吐温80后,可以较大地减少超声波氢氧化钠协同污泥溶胞的作用时间。

Abstract: Tween80 combined with sodium hydroxide was used in the process of excess sludge breakage for its wetting and penetration characteristics. The results showed that Tween80 could facilitate the effect of sodium hydroxide on sludge breakage, moreover, under the same sludge breakage effect; Tween80 could drop the circumstance temperature during the breakage process. The optimum conditions of breakage technology were Tween80 dosage of 100 mg/L, time of 15 min, and adding Tween80 prior to sodium hydroxide. Furthermore, the breakage time which was pretreated by ultrasonic combined with sodium hydroxide could be reduced by adding Tween80.-
