废弃棉布制备活性炭纤维处理六价铬微污染水
Treatment of Cr (VI) micro-polluted water by ACF prepared by cotton woven waste

摘要: 采用废弃棉布制备活性炭纤维(ACF),并将其用于吸附处理六价铬微污染水。研究了吸附时间、吸附剂量和pH等对吸附效果的影响,并探讨了吸附过程的吸附热力学和动力学。结果表明,当微污染水中Cr(VI)浓度为1.0 mg/L,ACF剂量为0.5 g/L,吸附时间180 min时,可去除98.33%的Cr(VI)。Cr(VI)在ACF表面的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温模型,ACF对水中Cr(VI)的吸附符合准二级动力学反应。Abstract: Activated carbon fiber (ACF) was prepared by cotton woven waste and employed for adsorption treatment of Cr(VI) micro-polluted water.The effects of adsorption time,ACF dosage and pH on Cr(VI) removal were investigated.Adsorption thermodynamic and dynamics were also analyzed.The results show that when the concentration of Cr(VI) is 1.0 mg/L,0.5 g/L ACF can remove 98.33% of Cr(VI) after 180 min of adsorption.Freundlich isotherm model can be used to describe the adsorption process.The adsorption kinetic model is consistent with the pseudo-second order kinetic model.
