  • 摘要: 为促进钢渣的高附加值利用,研究了以钢渣为主要原料,以微硅粉为粘结剂,采用烧结成型的方法制备的多孔吸声材料的吸声性能及力学性能。结合X射线荧光分析、X射线衍射分析、热重分析、扫描电镜观察和化学分析等测试方法,对样品的化学组成、矿物组成、烧结制度、微观形貌和体积稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,利用钢渣制备的多孔吸声材料具有良好的吸声性能,材料的体积稳定性良好且在吸声性能最佳时的抗压强度为5.41 MPa,是一种适用于解决城市道路、高速路和铁路噪音污染问题的吸声材料。
