  • 摘要: 广州市上西关涌调蓄池的主要作用是截留储存服务范围内的初期雨水,以减少雨天溢流量和溢流污染负荷。详细介绍了调蓄池的设计计算方法,同时,通过对广州城区降雨的初期冲刷效应分析,对调蓄池的环境效能进行了评估。
