摘要: 本研究采用气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)测定海洋沉积物中28种多氯联苯,使用硅胶与中性氧化铝层析柱净化,同位素内标定量.结果表明,对于28种多氯联苯,GC-MS/MS方法在0.1-50 ng·mL-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,各组分平均相对响应因子(RRF)的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于20%,证明该方法重现性良好.28种多氯联苯平均回收率在69.03%-135.89%之间,相对标准偏差在7.39%-13.94%之间.该方法灵敏度高,抗干扰能力强,能够用于海洋沉积物中痕量多氯联苯的分析.

Abstract: A method based on gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS) was developed to determine 28 polychlorinated biphenyls in marine sediments. The results show that for 28 PCBs, GC-MS/MS method has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1-50 ng·mL-1, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the average relative response factor (RRF) of each component is less than 20%, which proved that the method had good reproducibility. The average recovery of 28 PCBs was between 69.03% and 135.89%, the relative standard deviation was between 7.39% and 13.94%. The method shows high sensitivity and anti-interference, which can be used for the analysis of trace PCBs in marine sediment.-
