两种DSA电极的制备及其对有机废水降解的电催化性能
PREPARATION AND EVALUATION ON THE ELECTROCATALYTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF TWO KINDS OF DSA ELECTRODES

摘要: 采用热分解法,以优化比例的SnCl4·5H2O,Sb2O3,Ce(NO3)2·6H2O,RuCl3为前躯体,制备了Ce掺杂的Ti基RuO2电极(RuO2/Ti)和Ti基PbO2电极(β-PbO2/Ti),并对两种DSA电极的电催化性能进行测试.结果表明,两种DSA电极均显示出良好的稳定性和抗腐蚀性,β-PbO2/Ti电极比RuO2/Ti电极具有更高的有机物氧化降解活性,但若以NaCl类作支持电解质时,RuO2/Ti电极也是一种可选电极.Abstract: The electrode of Ce doping RuO2 was prepared with heat decomposition,in which process RuCl3,SnCl4·5H2O, Sb2O3, Ce(NO3)2·6H2O were chosen as precursors and their mole ratio had been bettered.The novel lead dioxide anode modified by fluorine was prepared with heat decomposition and basic electrodeposition and acid electrodeposition in sequence,i.e. anode of Ti/SnO2·Sb2O3/α-PbO2/β-PbO2(β-PbO2/Ti) was achieved.The two kinds of DSA anodes characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and SEM were evaluated on the electrocatalytic characteristics. Polarization curves and CV curves for the two kinds of DSA anodes were determined in 0.1mol·l-1 H2SO4 solution ,0.1mol·l-1 H2SO4 and 30g·l-1 phenol mixed solution and fiber flax wastewater. Results showed that the two DSA anodes had good stability and resistance to corrosion. The β-PbO2/Ti anode had more perfect electrocatalytic oxidaion activity of degradation of organics than RuO2/Ti anode doped with Ce, but RuO2/Ti anode was also a good electrode when chloride such as NaCl was selected as supporting electrolyte.
