酸改性δ-MnO2去除水中染料的特性和机理
CHARACTERISTICS AND MECHANISMS OF DYE REMOVAL FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS WITH MODIFIED δ-MnO2 BY ACID

摘要: 用硫酸对层状δ-MnO2进行改性,以亚甲基蓝和刚果红为目标分子,考察了改性方式、改性条件、接触时间、pH值和温度对改性去除染料的影响.利用原子力显微镜、傅立叶红外光谱和X射线光电子衍射仪对二氧化锰改性前后的表面性质进行了考察,结果表明:改性后的二氧化锰,其表面理化特性均发生了改变,使中性时去除阴离子染料的能力和碱性时去除阳离子染料的能力明显增强.Abstract: In this work the layer δ-MnO2 was modified with sulfuric acid.The removal capacity by modified MnO2 of methylene blue and Congo red has been examined.A series of batch adsorption tests were carried out as a function of modification method, modification conditions, contact time, pH value and temperature.The adsorption isotherms were also examined. The surface character of MnO2 was studied by AFM, FT-IR and XPS.The removal mechanism was studied.The results show that the surface physical character and chemical character both changed after modification.The removal ability of anion dye under neutral condition and of cationic dye under basic condition improves substantially.
