壳聚糖复合剂在家禽养殖中替代抗生素的研究
THE ANTIBIOTICS FUNCTION OF THE CHITOSAN COMBINED AGENT ON THE FEED OF POULTRY

摘要: 以壳聚糖复合剂替代抗生素,探讨壳聚糖复合剂对家禽养殖的生长促进,提高动物抗病力的作用.结果表明,壳聚糖复合剂显著提高了鸡的免疫能力,对增强鸡的防病和抗病能力相当于甚至优于抗生素(P<0.1).而且使用壳聚糖复合剂还可以降低饲料的使用量.因此,以壳聚糖复合剂替代抗生素,可以保障家禽产品中抗生素类药物的零残留.Abstract: In a pilot hennery,chitosan combined agent was used and tested for its function of the growth promotion and antibiosis on poultry in our present study. The experiment was designed as six groups with 100 chickens for each, in which four were used the combined agent of chitosan with difference in concentrations;two of them were designed as controls, a blank control and an antibiotics(enterogastrone) control, respectively. The mortality and growth promotion rate were employed as the endpoints, and the experiment was conducted with a period of 60 days. Results indicated that combined agent of chitosan has a significant effect in enhancement of immunotherapy on chickens, and has an equal or higher ability against disease and growth promotion for the test species than antibiotics(enterogastrone amikacin sulfate soluble powder)(P<0.01). In addition, it could reduce the amount of feedstuff used. Therefore,chitosan could replace the antibiotics and do not produce any residues in the body of the poultry.
