长江沉积物中痕量氯代酚类化合物的测定
DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHLOROPHENOLS IN YANGTSE RIVER SEDIMENTS

摘要: 本文利用同位素稀释质谱法(IDMS)对长江南京段沉积物中18种氯代酚(CPs)进行了分离测定,结果表明,沉积物中CPs的含量以五氯苯酚为主,且氯代酚化合物的残留量按五氯苯酚四氯苯酚一氯苯酚二氯苯酚三氯苯酚的顺序递减.总的来说,氯代酚类化合物在长江沉积物中的分布模式较为相似.Abstract: Chlorophenols (CPs) in sediment of the Yangtse river were analyzed by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry. Concentrations were calculated using 13C-labeled CPs as the internal standard. The results showed that concentrations of CPs in sediments followed the order of pentachlorophenol tetrachlorophenol chlorophenol dichlorophenol trichlorophenol. The distribution features of CPs in sediments of the Yangtse river were similar among the investigated sampling stations.
