本文在热力学分析的基础上,制备了Mn-Fe/Al2O3脱硫剂,原料气中H2S浓度约为0.3%(V),空速约为3000h-1,在550—650℃的反应条件下,进行了脱硫反应实验,当出口H2S浓度大于0.01%(V)时,结束脱硫反应,在710℃,2400h-1空速的条件下,用10.83%的O2对脱硫剂进行再生,当出口SO2浓度低于0.002%(V)时,结束再生反应,多次脱硫反应-再生实验结果表明,制备的Mn-Fe/Al2O3脱硫剂,当Mn:Fe=2:1(wt)及载体经高温处理,脱硫剂的硫容量(gS·gM-1)较高,且再生后的脱硫剂具有较好的脱硫稳定性能.
Abstract:
The sorbent of Mn-Fe/Al2O3 was prepared based on thermodynamic analysis. The experiment were carried out at the conditins of 0.3% (V)inlet hydrogen sulfide and 3000h-1 space velocity during 550-650℃. The desulfurization reaction was finished when the outlet concentration of hydrogen sulfide was much than 0.01 % (V). The reacted sorbent was regenerated at the follow conditions of 10.83% (V)O2-containing gas and 2400h-1 space velocity at 710℃, which was finished when the outlet concentration of sulfur dioxide was less than 0.002% (V). It showed that the sorbent of Mn-Fe/Al2O3 not only had higher sulfur capcity, but also it had better desulfurization property as the sorbent was undergone multi-cycles of reaction and regeneration when the support was treated at high temperature and the ratio of manganese and ferrite was 2.
