对酞内酰胺基苯甲酰氯衍生试剂合成的研究

摘要: 本文对对酞内酰胺基苯甲酰氯的合成方法进行了研究. 改进了溶剂的预处理方法,有效地消除了其中的有害杂质. 以固体氢氧化钾代替了危险性大、价格高的金属钠,并取得了满意效果. 应用高效液相色谱技术优化了酰氯化反应时间. 活性炭的引入有效地改善了粗产品的分离效果. 通过上述改进,合成产率由原来的29%提高到了41.5%.本方法产率高、成本低、操作性好、易于掌握.

Abstract: The synthetic method for 4-(2-phthalimidyl)benzoyl chloride(PIB-Cl)is investigated in this paper. Pre-treatment methods are made better to remove the harmful impurities in the solvents. Dangerous and expensive metal sodium, as a water-absorber and anti-oxidizer in the synthetic process, is replaced with solid potassium hydroxide. The chloridization time is optimized with high performance liquid chromatography. Activated carbon is used to improve the separation and purification for crude product. As a result, the synthetic productivity is raised from 29% to 41.5%. This method, with the higher productivity and lower cost price, is easy to operate and master.-
