取代基对硝基多环芳烃致突变性的影响
EFFECTS OF SUBSTITUENTS ON MUTAGENICITY OF NITRATED POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS

摘要: 硝基多环芳烃是一类强直接致突变化合物,其致突变性差别很大。我们研究了取代基(包括硝基)对致突变的单硝基多环芳烃化合物的毒性的影响,发现用代基当量可以很好地描述这种影响,得出一个经验公式,计算结果与实验结果能较好地符合,相关系数达0.99。Abstract: The nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are strong direct-acting mutagens, which vary greatly in activity. We have studied the effects of subs-tituents (nitro group included)on the activity of mononitro-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which are mutagenic, and found that the substituent equivalent can well describe them. An empirical formula is obtained and the computational results are well correlated with the experimental results, the correlation coefficient being 0.99.
