微分脉冲极谱法测定大气中痕量甲醛与甲醇
DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF FORMALDEHYDE AND METHANOL IN AIR BY DIFFERENTIAL PULSE POLAROGRAPHY

摘要: 本文应用微分脉冲极谱法研究了背景电流、底液pH值、肼用量、脉冲电压振幅、扫描速度和氧化甲醇的条件等对测定大气中甲醛、甲醇含量的影响。在最佳条件下,甲醛的峰电位为-1.03V(相对于Ag/AgCl电极),检测下限为10ppb;甲醇的检测下限为80ppb。用本法测定了北京化工实验厂大气中甲醛和甲醇的含量,其回收率、精密度和准确度均符合分析要求。Abstract: A differential pulse polarographic method has been developed for the determination cf formaldehyde and methanol in air. The various factors such as background current, pH of electrolyte, concentration of hydra-zine, pulse height, scanning speed, and some organic and inorganic interfe-rents affecting the precision of the analysis have been studied. Under optimum conditions, It was tound that tha peak potential (Ep) of formaldehyde is -1.03V vs Ag/AgCl electrode, and the detection limits for formaldehyde and methanol are 10ppb and 80ppb, respectively. The concentrations of formaldehyde and methanol in the ambient environment oi Beijing Chemical plant were measured. The precision and accuracy were calculated and found to be fitted for trace analytical purpose.
