利用Co(Ⅱ)-鲁米诺-H2O2化学发光体系测定过氧化氢

摘要: 基于Co(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢对鲁米诺(3-氨基苯二甲酰肼)的氧化,提出了一种新的化学发光法测定雨水中痕量过氧化氢。本方法选择性高,对于Mn(Ⅱ)的干扰可通过加入氟化钾来消除。方法的检测极限为0.1ppb,线性范围为0.3—3000ppb。曾用本方法对贵阳市雨水中的过氧化氢进行了测定。Abstract: Based on the cobalt(Ⅱ)-catalyzed oxidation of luminol by hydrogen peroxide, a chemiluminescent method has been developed for the determination of trace hydrogen peroxide in rainwater. The interference of Mn(Ⅱ) has been shown to be eliminated by adding potassium fluoride. This method is sensitive and selective with a detection limit of 0.1 Ppb, a linear range being obtained from 0.3 to 3000 ppb. The method has been applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater samples taken from Guiyang area.
