酸雨、地面水和自来水中氟化物的流动注射分析——La3+/ALC光度法

摘要: 采用La/氟试剂(1:1)的10%丙酮溶液为显色剂、水为载液、用600cm长的反应圈和50℃的反应温度,建立了流动注射氟蓝比色法。氟离子含量在0—4ppm范围内用线性运算,在4—20ppm时,用非线性运算。分析结果为QC样品的给定值一致,进样频率可达120次/h。方法适用于酸性降水、地面水和自来水的分析。Abstract: The optimum conditions selected for the method described,are: a)lanthan-um/alizarin complexone(1:1) in 40% acetone used as the chromogenic reagent solution; b) redistilled water as the carry liguid; c) the length of reaction coll being 600cm; and d) the temperature of reaction controlled at 5℃.The linear range of working curve was found fo be 0.02-4.0ppm of fluoride ion The proposed method which permits the analysis of about 126, samples per hour has been applied with success for the determination of fluoride to acidic rain, ground water and tap water.
