催化裂化汽油脱硫醇的研究

摘要: 分别用氢氧化钠溶液抽提法和催化氧化法,对催化裂化汽油的脱硫醇率进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:氢氧化钠溶液抽提的单级脱硫醇率可达70%—81%;催化氧化法脱硫醇率可达82.2%—92.2%,在两种方法中,温度对脱硫醇率无明显影响;碱液浓度、剂油比及二者的交互作用,对抽提过程有特别显著的作用;停留时间对催化氧化过程有明显影响。Abstract: The removal of mercaptan from catalytic cracking gasoline have been studied using caustic extraction and catalytic oxidation methods, respectively,The fate of mercaptan removal by single-stage caustic extraction was found to be 70-81%, whereas that by catalytic oxidation was 82.2-92.2%. It was also found that temperature shows no obvious effect on both processes but concentration of the caustic and the ratio between solvent and gasoline have great effect on the extraction process, and so does the residence time on the catalytic oxidation process.
