液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法联用测定动物性海产品中的无机砷
DETERMINATION OF INORGANIC ARSENIC IN ANIMAL SEAFOOD BY HPLC-ICP-MS

摘要: 采用液相色谱(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用法测定动物性海产品中的砷形态,系统研究了色谱条件对不同砷形态分离度的影响,有效避免该类样品基质中存在的大量有机砷尤其是砷甜菜碱对无机砷的影响以及基质中残留氯对砷的测定干扰.无机砷的加标回收率为87.6%-103.2%,相对标准偏差为1.71%-2.93%(n=6).根据所建立的方法,分析了市售部分动物性海产品,其中无机砷的含量均未超出国家标准限量.

Abstract: The method for determination of arsenic species in animal seafood by using HPLC-ICP-MS has been de-veloped.To avoid the incomplete separation between organic arsenic(especially AsB) inorganic arsenic,as well as the mass interference arising from Cl in the matrix,the influence of chromatograph conditions on vari-ous arsenic species were investigated systematically.Recovery of inorganic arsenic were between 87.6%-103.2% and the relative standard deviation were within 1.71%-2.93%(n=6).Animal seafood samples from the market were analyzed according to the presented method hereby.The result showed that inorganic arsenic in the samples did not exceed national permission limits.-
