pH值对“Fe0-厌氧微生物”降解2,4-二氯酚的影响

摘要: 考察pH值对Fe0与微生物联合降解2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)的效果,结果表明:与微生物单独作用相比,其与Fe0的联合作用可促进污染物降解,且中性或偏碱性环境促进效果较酸性明显;"Fe0+微生物"体系中Fe0腐蚀产生的OH-可有效平衡葡萄糖发酵产酸,增强体系的缓冲能力,较好实现污染物的降解;联合体系对污染物的降解是Fe0的电子催化与微生物协同作用的结果;Fe0腐蚀产物中Fe2+居多,Fe3+较少,Fe2+对微生物降解2,4-DCP有稍微的促进作用.Abstract: A test was conducted to examine the effect of pH on the degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) by the combined use of zero-valent iron (Fe0) and microorganism through inoculating the unacclimated anaerobic mixed culture.The results showed that,the combined system could accelerate the degradation of 2,4-DCP compared to the individual use of microorganism,and neutral or slightly alkaline condition was superior to acid condition. The OH-from Fe0 corrosion balanced the organic acid produced by fermenting of glucose effectively,and therefore enhanced the buffered ability of system and achieved the degradation of contaminant. In addition,the degradation of contaminant was the cooperating effect between electron catalysis from Fe0 and biology in combined system. Ferrous ion was the main corrosive product from Fe0,and the content of ferric ion was very low. Furthermore,Ferrous ion increased the degradation of contaminant slightly.
