室内VOCs对学龄前儿童哮喘、过敏性鼻炎和湿疹的影响

摘要:
为探究室内挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)和儿童过敏性疾病之间的相关性,本研究利用二元逻辑回归方法分析了包头市室内VOCs的种类和浓度与学龄前儿童哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、湿疹的相关性.研究发现,经性别、年龄、家庭成员过敏史调整后,VOCs与过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎以及两者的相关症状没有统计学意义的关联性.间,对-二甲苯(6,1.48-24.43)和曾经湿疹症状的发生率具有统计学意义的关联性(P<0.05);α-蒎烯(7.79,1.35-44.85)、TVOCs(7.32,1.09-49.21)和过去12个月鼻炎症状的发生率有统计学意义的关联性;间,对-二甲苯(中位数:4.27,1.17-15.54;第三四分位数:5.15,1.43-18.65)、α-蒎烯(3.94,1.14-13.65)和TVOCs(4.5,1.14-17.82)和儿童确诊患有湿疹均有统计学意义的关联性.

Abstract:
To explore the association between allergic diseases in children and indoor VOCs, this work analyzed the correlation between indoor VOCs concentration and the asthma, allergic rhinitis and eczema of preschool children with binary logistic method in Baotou.The study found that after the adjustment of sex, age, family members allergic history, the relevance between VOCs and allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis and their related symptoms was not statistically significant. There was a statistical relevance between p-xylene(6,1.48-24.43) and the incidence of eczema symptoms (P<0.05);α-Pinene(7.79,1.35-44.85) and the incidence of rhinitis symptoms in the past 12 months had a statistical relevance. p-Xylene (median:4.27,1.17-15.54; 3rd quartile:5.15,1.43-18.65), α-pinene(3.94,1.14-13.65), TVOCs (4.5,1.14-17.82) and the diagnosis of eczema all had a statistical relevance in children.
