混合床生物滤柱预处理恩杜罗消毒废水

Pretreatment of Enduro disinfect wastewater by mixed bed-biological aerated filter

  • 摘要: 恩杜罗消毒废水中含有双十烷基二甲基氯化铵类(didecyldimethylammonium chloride, DDAC)物质,具有COD浓度高和有机氮浓度高等特点,以火山岩陶粒和贝壳生物陶粒制备混合床生物滤柱(mix-bed biological aerated filter,MB-BAF)作为消毒废水的预处理工艺,研究其对不同浓度恩杜罗消毒废水的预处理效果。在恩杜罗消毒废水中双十烷基二甲基氯化铵的浓度为130 mg/L时,其出水COD稳定在430 mg/L,总氮为35 mg/L;氨氮稳定后的出水浓度约为32 mg/L。pH由进水的9.0降为6.8左右,且由MB-BAF中贝壳生物填料对pH的缓冲作用而稳定。当双十烷基二甲基氯化铵的浓度低于130 mg/L时,采用MB-BAF滤柱对恩杜罗消毒废水进行预处理,各项主要的水质指标均能达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准(CJ 343-2010)》中的A级标准。
