Research Progress of Application of Moina mongolica in Marine Ecotoxicology

  • 摘要: 本文综述了蒙古裸腹溞(Moina mongolica)作为受试生物在海洋生态毒理学中的应用现状,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。蒙古裸腹溞是一种典型的盐水枝角类,具有适应盐度范围广、繁殖快、易于在海水中高密度培养等特点,常被作为河口及海洋生态毒理学研究的受试生物,颇具研究前景。目前,海洋中重金属、持久性有机污染物、常用药物、石油及石油类化合物和赤潮藻类等对蒙古裸腹溞生态毒理效应研究已积累了一些资料。今后应对蒙古裸腹溞不同生殖状态的毒性效应、跨代胚胎毒性、分子组学、种质保护和建立近岸海洋环境监测标准等方面进行深入研究,旨在为该溞在海洋生物监测和环境保护方面发挥更大的作用提供科学依据。

蒙古裸腹溞在海洋生态毒理学中的应用研究进展

摘要: 本文综述了蒙古裸腹溞(Moina mongolica)作为受试生物在海洋生态毒理学中的应用现状,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。蒙古裸腹溞是一种典型的盐水枝角类,具有适应盐度范围广、繁殖快、易于在海水中高密度培养等特点,常被作为河口及海洋生态毒理学研究的受试生物,颇具研究前景。目前,海洋中重金属、持久性有机污染物、常用药物、石油及石油类化合物和赤潮藻类等对蒙古裸腹溞生态毒理效应研究已积累了一些资料。今后应对蒙古裸腹溞不同生殖状态的毒性效应、跨代胚胎毒性、分子组学、种质保护和建立近岸海洋环境监测标准等方面进行深入研究,旨在为该溞在海洋生物监测和环境保护方面发挥更大的作用提供科学依据。
