  • 摘要: 为评估蒙古国乌兰巴托市居民通过水产品中汞(Hg)、硒(Se)和锌(Zn)的暴露风险,测定了乌兰巴托水产市场4种鱼(高白鲑、江鳕、拟鲤和河鲈)肌肉中Hg、Se和Zn的含量,并利用目标危险系数(THQ)初步评估居民通过食用鱼类摄入Hg、Se和Zn的健康风险.结果显示,Hg、Se和Zn在4种鱼体肌肉中的含量范围分别为0.034-0.681 mg·kg-1、0.140-0.308 mg·kg-1和4.396-8.333 mg·kg-1.Hg、Se和Zn在江鳕肌肉中含量最高,江鳕汞的含量超过了中国农产品安全质量——无公害水产品安全要求的标准值.乌兰巴托市民通过食用此4种鱼类摄入的Hg、Se和Zn的目标危险系数和总危险系数均小于1,表现为较低的健康风险,其中汞的风险相对较大.Hg和Zn的每周摄入量(0.640 μg·kg-1和22.4 μg·kg-1)也低于世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的暂定每周允许摄入量(7000 μg·kg-1).考虑到汞的高生物累积和放大效应,乌兰巴托居民需持续关注汞的摄入量及健康风险.
