冬虫夏草重金属的含量测定和健康风险评价

Determination and health risk assessment of heavy metals in Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc

  • 摘要: 收集了45个不同市售来源的冬虫夏草样品,通过微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其 As、Pb、Cd、Cu 等重金属含量,通过微波消解-原子荧光光谱分析法(AFS)测定其 Hg 含量.用靶标危害系数(THQ)和总危害指数(HI) 对 Hg、Pb、Cd、Cu 等 4 种重金属进行非致癌健康风险评价,用终生致癌风险(R)对 As 进行致癌健康风险评价.实验表明,45 个样品中,As含量超标率达到100%,Hg含量超标率也达到70%,其他 3 种重金属均未检出超标现象. 4 种重金属的 THQ 以及 HI 值均远远小于1.0,即表明 4 种重金属通过冬虫夏草的摄入不会对人体造成非致癌风险.以总砷计算 R=6.39×10-5超出WHO规定的限值1.0×10-5;而以无机砷计算R=3.09×10-7远远低于其限值.
