摘要:
针对某油田稠油污水盐度高、有机成分复杂、可生化性低、毒性大等特征,开展"强化混凝预处理+高盐生物强化+臭氧-BAF深度净化"综合处理中试。结果表明:通过混凝药剂复配、耐盐微生物强化及不同工艺的协同优化,构建了稳定高效的高盐稠油污水强化处理系统;在进水TDS 28 500~31 200 mg/L、COD 821~875 mg/L、石油类44~48 mg/L、挥发酚43~56 mg/L、SS 133~146 mg/L条件下,处理出水COD 38~43 mg/L、石油类0.10~0.13 mg/L、挥发酚0.01~0.04 mg/L、SS 2~4 mg/L,外排水质远远满足辽宁省污水综合排放标准(DB21/1627-2008)一级要求,为稠油污水达标排放工程化设计提供了技术依据。
Abstract:
In view of the characteristics of heavy oil wastewater in an oilfield which has high salinity, complex organic composition, low biodegradability and high toxicity, the pilot test of " enhanced coagulation pretreatment + high salt biological treatment + ozone-BAF process " was carried out. The results show that a stable and efficient wastewater treatment system with high salinity and heavy oil has been established through the mixture of coagulants, the strengthening of salt-tolerant microorganisms and the synergistic optimization of different processes. Under the conditions of influent TDS 28 500~31 200 mg/L, COD 821~875 mg/L, petroleum 44~48 mg/L, volatile phenol 43~56 mg/L, SS 133~146 mg/L, the effluent quality can meet the first level requirements of Liaoning Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard (DB21/1627-2008) with the effluent COD 38~43 mg/L, petroleum 0.10~0.13 mg/L, volatile phenol 0.01~0.04 mg/L, SS 2~4 mg/L. It provides the technical basis for the engineering design of heavy oil wastewater discharge up to the standard.
