电除尘器进口矩形烟道气流分布改进的CFD模拟
Alteration of flue gas distribution in the rectangular gas duct of electrostatic precipitator with CFD computation software

摘要: 应用CFD软件对某电厂电除尘器进口矩形烟道内气流分布进行数值模拟。结果表明:电除尘器原进口矩形烟道监测截面的气流分布极其不均匀,数值模拟结果与实验结果速度分布趋势比较吻合。基于此,通过多次改变电除尘器进口矩形烟道内导流板的数量、位置、尺寸等结构参数,使得改造后烟道监测截面风量偏差降到了±2.2%,气流分布相对均方根值均小于0.2,气流分布较为均匀。Abstract: The flue gas distributions in the rectangular gas duct of electrostatic precipitator used in a power plant are simulated numerically by CFD. The results showed that the uniformity of the flue gas distribution on monitor section of original rectangular gas duct was very bad. The comparison between numerical simulation values and experimental results indicated that the trend of velocity distribution was quite coincident. By altering configuration parameters in rectangular gas duct of electrostatic precipitator, such as the number, size and position of flow guides, the relative difference of air quantity could be descended to ±2.2%. In this case, the mean square root values of the gas velocity distribution were less than 0.2. Therefore,the flue gas distribution of this optimized rectangular duct was more uniform than that of the original rectangular duct.
