高温干发酵对互花米草产气和结构的影响
Effect of thermophilic dry digestion on biogas production and structure of smooth cordgrass

摘要: 互花米草的疯长已带来严重的环境问题,厌氧发酵提供了一种资源化的解决途径。通过渗滤床高温、干式发酵互花米草,考察其产气特性;并通过元素分析、X-ray和FT-IR分析,考察干发酵及预处理对互花米草物化性质的影响。结果表明:60 d高温干发酵互花米草,累计产气量为280.9 mL/g VS(0℃);总TS与VS去除率分别为68.2%和70.1%;互花米草的纤维晶体为纤维素Ⅰ型,堆沤预处理和厌氧发酵没有改变纤维素的晶型,但是结晶指数降低了14.9%;由红外光谱分析得到:堆沤预处理使聚糖脱聚、纤维素分子内键氢键增强和木质素结构改变;发酵主要使多糖解聚和降解。Abstract: Excessive spread of smooth cordgrass has lead to seriously environmental questions, anaerobic digestion of smooth cordgrass is an alternative measure which produces methane. The characteristics of biogas production from dry digestion of smooth cordgrass by leaching bed reactor were discussed at the thermophilic condition, and the chemical composition, crystalline structure and chemical structure were mainly investigated by the chemical analysis, X-ray and FT-IR, so as to examine changes on physic-chemical characteristics of biomass during compost and digestion. The results showed that the cumulative biogas yield reached 280.9 mL/g VS (0℃) during 60 days dry digestion.The removal of TS and VS reached 68.2% and 70.1%, respectively.X-ray results confirmed that crystalline structure of smooth cordgrass fiber was cellulose I which was not changed during pretreatment and digestion, but crystalllinity index of cellulose decreased 14.9% during pretreatment and digestion. FT-IR spectroscopy study showed that the deplolymerization and degradation of polysaccharides and the modification of lignin structure happened during pretreatment and digestion.
