电渗析在丙烯酸丁酯废水预处理中的应用

摘要: 采用电渗析法预处理丙烯酸丁酯生产废水,可将废水中的有机酸盐浓缩回收,同时大大降低废水的污染物浓度。重点研究了淡水浓水初始体积比的影响,同时考察了电渗析过程中水的迁移。实验确定了淡水浓水的最佳初始体积比为5∶1,此时对COD为61 650 mg/L的废水,COD去除率可达99.5%,脱盐率在99.5%以上,同时可将废水的总含盐量从6%浓缩至15%以上,从而便于回收利用。处理1 t丙烯酸丁酯废水,消耗电能约28.8 kWh。确定了不同淡水浓水初始体积比下有机酸盐迁移量与水的迁移量的关系,平均每迁移1 mol有机酸盐将迁移19.66 mol水分子。电渗析是一种浓缩回收丙烯酸丁酯废水中有机酸盐的经济有效的预处理方法。Abstract: Electrodialysis process was used for the pretreatment of butyl-acrylate wastewater. The system could concentrate and recover organic salts from the wastewater, while significantly reducing the concentrations of pollutants in wastewater. The effects of the initial volume ratio (diluate:concentrate) on the process, and the migration of water in the system were investigated. It was indicated that the best initial volume ratio was 5∶1. Under this condition, organic salts in the wastewater could be recovered by 99.5%, and the removal rate of COD was 99.5% (initial COD 61 650 mg/L). Furthermore, the salts could be concentrated from 6% to 15%, so as to facilitate its recovery. The consumption of the DC power was about 28.8 kWh for one tone of butyl-acrylate wastewater by electrodialysis. Meanwhile, it was indicated that migration of 1 mol organic salt accompanied with migration of 19.66 mol water on average. The electrodialysis can be used as a cost-effective pretreatment of the butyl-acrylate wastewater.
