行业废水预处理前后两两混合COD的消减效应

摘要: 以石油化工、啤酒酿造、染料化工、机械制造、纺织印染以及焦化煤气等6种工业废水为例,探讨了催化铁内电解法预处理这6种废水前后两两1∶1混合COD的消减效应。结果表明,啤酒废水与染料化工废水1∶1混合,其COD消减量最大,达到36%;采用催化铁内电解法预处理时,机械制造废水的COD去除率最高,达55.6%,其次是石油化工废水和焦化煤气废水1∶1组合的混合废水,COD的去除率达36.7%。

Abstract: Six kinds of wastewaters from petrochemical industry, beer brewing, dyes chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, textile printing and coking were studied to discuss the COD reduction by mixing two kinds of the wastewaters. The COD removal efficiency of the wastewater pretreated by catalyzed iron inner electrolysis was also investigated. The results showed that COD decreased maximumly and the removal efficiency was 36% when brewery and dye chemical wastewater was mixed at the ratio of 1∶1. When the wastewater was pretreated by catalytic iron inner electrolysis, the COD removal efficiency of the machinery manufacturing wastewater was maximum and reached 55.6%, followed by the mixed wastewater of petrochemical and coking at the ratio of 1∶1, of which the COD removal rate reached 36.7%. -
