金属铁去除水中Cr6+的影响因素研究

摘要: 研究Fe/ Cr6+比值和不同浓度的NO-3、Cl-和SO2-4对金属铁去除Cr6+效果的影响。结果表明,金属铁对水中Cr6+有很好的还原去除效果;当金属铁的使用量为Cr6+量的1/2 000时,铁对Cr6+的去除效果较差且易失去活性,而当金属铁的使用量为Cr6+量的8 000倍时,铁对Cr6+的去除效果较好且其活性的持续性较强;3种阴离子(NO-3、Cl-和SO2-4)均能提高金属铁对重金属Cr6+去除率,但在反应初期,3种阴离子对金属铁去除水中Cr6+影响的差异性不显著,随着反应时间的增加,SO2-4对金属铁去除水中Cr6+的促进作用逐渐强于Cl-和NO-3,3种阴离子对金属铁去除Cr6+效率促进作用的大小顺序为SO2-4>Cl->NO-3。Abstract: The influence of Fe/Cr6+ ratio and the effect of NO-3,Cl-,SO2-4 concentrations on Cr6+ removal are studied in this research. The results show that Cr6+ in the contaminated water can be removed by metal iron. The removal efficiency decreases and the metal iron activity subjects to devitalize under Fe/Cr6+ ratio lower than 2 000, while the removal efficiecncy and metal iron activity can be improved when Fe/Cr6+ ratio is higher than 8 000. Three kinds of anions (NO-3,Cl-,SO2-4) can accelerate the removal process of Cr6+. However, there is no evident discrepancy for the influence of three kinds anions on Cr6+ removal at initial reaction, while the promotion function of SO2-4 for Cr6+ removal is more effective than Cl- and NO-3 afterward. The sequence of promotion ability of metal iron to Cr6+ removal is: SO2-4> Cl-> NO-3.
