超低压反渗透膜处理垃圾渗滤液运行工艺的实验研究
Experimental study on running processes of landfill leachate treatment by ultra-low reverse osmosis membrane

摘要: 采用超低压反渗透膜处理垃圾渗滤液,考察不同工艺条件下膜通量、脱盐率、COD和NH3-N去除率的变化规律。实验结果表明,不同压力条件下对应某一输出频率存在最大膜通量。在输出频率变化方面,压力高的最大膜通量滞后于压力低的最大膜通量。运用变频调速技术,可实时解决操作压力与泵送流量的对应关系,确定最佳流量参数,提高反渗透系统运行效率;膜通量和脱盐率随压力增大而增大,但其增长速度减缓,适宜的操作压力可选择 0.8~0.9 MPa;pH值改变对COD、NH3-N的去除率影响较小,对脱盐率影响较大。pH 增加时,膜通量降低。垃圾渗滤液适宜pH值范围应为7.5~8.5。膜通量和脱盐率随进水电导率的增加而降低,进水电导率应≤18 mS/cm。Abstract: The ultra-low reverse osmosis membrane was used to process landfill leachate in order to test the variations of flux of membrane, desalination rate, the removal rate of COD and NH3-N under different technical conditions. The research results indicate that a maximum flux is corresponding to a certain output frequency under various pressure conditions. In terms of the changing of the output frequency, the maximum membrane flux at high pressure lags behind that at low pressure. Using the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, the corresponding relationship between the operating pressure and the pump flow rate in real-time can be solved, optimum flow parameters can be obtained, and the efficiency of the ultra-low reverse osmosis membrane system can be enhanced. The flux of membrane and the desalination rate increase along with the increment of pressure, but the growth rate slows down. The suitable pressure could be set to 0.8~0.9 MPa. Changing the pH value has smaller influence on the removal rate of COD and NH3-N, but has greater impact on the desalination rate. When pH increases the flux of membrane reduces. The suitable scope of pH of landfill leachate should be ranged from 7.5 to 8.5. The flux of membrane and the desalination rate decrease along with the increment of the influent conductivity, and the influent conductivity should be no more than 18 mS/cm.
